Customer Information
Acceptance:
Accepted and activated within 48 hours of payment. Client must be 18 years or older. Otherwise order must be placed by legal guardian. If you would like more information about us, or would like to comment on our site send e-mail to

Order Status
Special Orders:
Formulas for stated desires will be filled in 4 ounce increments. Each 4 ounce vial contains a 30 to 40 day supply when used at 1/4 teaspoon 3 times per day as suggested. Essential oil concentrates will be supplied in 1 dram, 1/2 ounce and 1 (one) ounce sizes.
Shipping:
Shipping will be by first class US mail or per your special request. Regular mail rates will be applied to charges or sale price.
- Terms of sale is pay upon request in order to start your healing process.
- Claims for damage will not be honored unless damaged merchandise or physically damaged merchandise container is returned within 7 days.
- We make no guarantees and accept no returns as our 18 year history validates our superior quality of performance.
- Payment by Credit Card, Check or Money Order. Add 15% generally for tax and shipping. Otherwise get exact quote from us.

Body Ecology Attunement Center Return Policy

www.bodyecol.net will not accept any return without authorization by Body Ecology Attunement Center.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.
- All opened, non-defective returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- For all returns, the customer prepays shipping.
- Returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any courier that issues a tracking number. Please email return tracking numbers to
artis@clearwire.net Body Ecology Attunement Center.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit.
- For replacements, you will need to place a new order, and when the original item is received, you will be credited in full for the defective product plus the original shipping cost. A new order must be placed to cross-ship.
- If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.
Canceling An Order
An order may be cancelled only if that item is out of stock. Any order submitted through the website, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be cancelled. You will be notified if we cannot cancel your order.
Billing Issues
We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with
www.bodyecol.net. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you.
